The game I have right now is DDR Supernova. I've played it a lot before, and I can play in the expert level in some songs, but I've never heard of a diet involving DDR before now. Just so you know, I wasn't this good as DDR before. Over the summer, I practiced every day for 1-2 hours for two months. At first, I was only at the beginner level, and felt winded after 2-3 songs. Slowly, I made my way to light, then difficult, and eventually, I could do expert. I can't really do challenge yet, but I'm making my way there! :)
Oh, and some advice for beginner players: Don't let your feet keep going back to the center! Move your feet as the arrows go, but keep your feet off the center. You'll feel a little off balanced at first, but in a few moments you'll get used to it. DDR is MUCH easier that way, trust me.
I will continue to give advice and try to make my weight loss (hopefully) as well as yours seem as fun as possible. So leave your comments, if you would like. They'd be much appreciated! :D

Goal: 110 pounds
