Postponement

Hey everyone! :)

i just want you guys to know that the DDR diet is going to be put off until January 29, because I have midterms during this time, and I have to study for them, and they are very important. However, yesterday, I played DDR for half an hour (not very long I know). I weighed myself, and I stayed the same weight! :O

Of course, of course... You think I'm being naive, thinking that 30 minutes of DDR will have an impact on my weight. I actually did that on purpose, though, to point out to some people on this blog that half an hour of playing DDR isn't really going to have that much of an impact on your weight alone. You have to change your entire lifestyle!

Although I'm putting off DDR until the 29th, I'm going to try to change my lifestyle starting right now. I'm going to eat less, but not to the point of starving myself. I'm going to stop eating junk food. I'm going to eat a good breakfast, and a decent lunch. But alas... Dinner time is the worst and most dangerous time of the day for gaining weight, so I've heard. During the afternoon, your metabolism starts slowing down, and by evening, its very hard to burn any calories that you take in. So starting today, I'm going to eat a very small and calorie-low dinner, consisting only of vegetables and maybe SOME carbohydrates. NO CANDY/SUGAR FOR ME! If you simply cannot RESIST sugar, try eating fat-free versions of your favorite foods... but not during dinner time of course! But what's best is to stay away from junk food altogether, if you're serious about losing weight.

Oh yeah.... and don't eat that much meat during dinner time either. Meat is very filling, so your best bet is to eat it sometime during breakfast or lunch, so maybe you won't be so hungry for dinner :) but meat contains a lot of calories, so watch out. Of course, you should still EAT meat, but sparingly, and carefully. Get lean meat without fat, (Or if its fish, lean fish :D)

Enough with the advice: TO THE WEIGHT (although nothing really changed)...

Current weight: 135 pounds



Goal: 110 pounds
